How many mockups can I generate in one batch?
You can generate multiple product-color variants in one run. Total output depends on how many products and colors you select in the wizard queue.
How are credits calculated for generation?
One successful generated mockup uses one credit. Queue cost is shown before generation so you can see expected usage in advance.
Do failed renders consume credits?
No. Failed outputs are not charged as successful generations.
Do unused credits roll over?
Free plan credits do not roll over. Paid plans include one-month rollover.
What happens when I upgrade, switch, or downgrade plans?
Upgrades and paid-plan switches go through Stripe hosted checkout. Downgrade to Free is scheduled for period end so your current paid access continues until then.
What file type should I upload for best mockup quality?
Use a high-resolution PNG (preferred) with transparency when possible. JPG works too, but transparent PNGs usually produce cleaner print integration.
Can I regenerate a result without rebuilding the full batch?
